Job summary

Accell Group is seeking a Business Controller Logistics to provide financial oversight for logistics activities across the group. You will support month-end processes, monitor performance, and translate logistics data into clear financial insights.

You will work closely with logistics leadership and finance stakeholders to ensure alignment across regions while supporting centralized structures and cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or supply chain finance.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain processes.
• Proven ability to act as a business partner linking finance with operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial oversight and analysis for logistics activities across the group.
• Support month-end close and monitor operational performance.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting for logistics and warehouses.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives like warehouse centralization and supply chain optimization.
• Collaborate with FP&A, logistics leadership, and regional controllers.
