Job summary

Accell Group in Amsterdam is hiring a Business Controller Logistics to provide financial oversight for logistics activities across the group. You will support month-end processes, monitor performance, and translate logistics data into clear financial insights.

You will collaborate with logistics leadership and finance stakeholders to centralize insights, drive warehouse optimization, and support strategic initiatives in a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term role with extension potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Finance, Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, controlling or supply chain finance.
• Experience with logistics or supply chain processes and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and communication skills.
• Ability to partner with FP&A, logistics leadership and regional controllers; fluent English; Dutch an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monthly performance reporting of logistics costs at Group level (Bikes, Parts, MU).
• Support month-end closing, including logistics and warehouse activities.
• Monitor financial and operational performance of the logistics organization.
• Lead budget and forecast process for logistics, with consolidation and reporting.
• Prepare monthly KPI reporting for logistics operations (handling/operational metrics).
• Track savings from productivity initiatives and validate new programs.
• Support strategic business cases such as warehouse centralization and supply chain optimization.
• Act as finance business partner to logistics leadership, guiding operational decisions.
• Support alignment of logistics performance across regions in a centralized structure.
