Job summary

FedEx Express Netherlands B.V. in Heerlen is seeking a Data Keying Agent (ID) to ensure all shipment data is correctly entered in systems and that vehicles depart on time.

You will handle daily admin tasks and support the operations team, staying pro/active, flexible, and collegial throughout shifts from 9:00 to 23:00. The role requires a practical education level (LBO/MBO) with preference for logistics, and a forklift/EBT certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• LBO/MBO education background, preferably in logistics.
• Forklift/EBT certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipping data is entered accurately in systems.
• Ensure vehicles depart on time and correctly.
