Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking an Operational Controlroom Specialist for our Benelux operation. You will monitor system performance, optimize processes, and provide daily reporting and KPI analyses to improve delivery reliability.

You will work with a control room team of 28 specialists, coordinating with warehouse operations and partners in two shifts. Excellent English skills and a completed MBO Level 4 degree are required.

Responsibilities

• Batch workload to create sufficient workload for operations.
• Allocate resources, machines and workstations based on production plans.
• Monitor performance across KPIs and adjust as needed.
• Provide daily reports, analyses and recommendations to improve KPI performance.
• Maintain first-line support in close contact with operations.
• Monitor system flow and adjust flows and stations accordingly.
• Send hourly and daily performance updates to internal stakeholders and Bol.
• Contribute to process improvements according to Lean principles.
