Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Control Room Employee to manage warehouse through entering pick batches, monitoring flow, and providing hourly performance updates. You will allocate resources and machinery per the production plan to maintain smooth operations.

The role requires an MBO-4 level degree (engineering, IT, or logistics), relevant logistics experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and excellent English. Full-time, with shifts, in the Benelux region.

Qualifications

• Completed degree (MBO-4 level) in Engineering, IT, or Logistics.
• Relevant work experience in logistics, production, or service environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a systematic, structured way of working.
• Good social and communication skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Entering pick batches to ensure buffers.
• Monitoring the continuous flow within the warehouse system.
• Providing the operation with hourly updates based on performance monitoring.
• Communicating with the operation about division of labor and adjustments across flows, parameters, and stations.
• Allocating resources, workstations, and machinery in line with the production plan.
