Job summary

Requires 5–8 years in logistics leadership, GMP/GDP experience, and a track record of cross-functional program delivery.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in related field and APICS certification.
• Preferred: Master's degree in related field and Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across Logistics Process Engineers, Material Management Specialists, Quality Specialists, Equipment Specialists, and EHS professionals.
• Drive and sustain an empowered culture focused on accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define standards, governance, KPIs, controls, and performance management for warehouse, distribution, inventory and material flow.
• Lead logistics transformation, automation, digital capabilities, and business process improvements.
• Manage risk, compliance with GMP/GDP/EHS, audit readiness, CAPAs, and change controls.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop network strategies, technology transfers, and capacity improvements.
• Champion data-driven decision making and analytics to improve performance and outcomes.
• Communicate priorities, risks and updates to senior leadership and drive strategic decisions with data.
