Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Client Service Representative to be the main contact between customers, carriers and internal teams. You will manage orders from booking through delivery and provide real-time shipment updates to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years in logistics customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with TMS/ERP systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Tilburg, NL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in logistics customer service or 3PL environments.
• Strong understanding of transport operations and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and be the primary point of contact.
