As a Logistics Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our European logistics network—connecting data, performance, and people to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate service levels. This is more than an analytical role. You’ll be a driver of improvement, a challenger of the status quo, and a trusted partner to logistics, supply chain, and commercial teams.

Your Mission
  • Strengthen decision‑making across the organization
  • Increase cost awareness and operational transparency
  • Optimize warehousing, transportation, and distribution flows
  • Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement
What You’ll Be Doing
Data Analysis & Business Insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that enable data‑driven decision‑making
  • Translate data from multiple systems into clear, reliable insights
  • Support network optimization projects with analytical modelling and recommendations
  • Build and quantify business cases to evaluate opportunities and investments
  • Provide deep insights into logistics cost structures and performance trends
Warehouse Optimization
  • Analyze performance gaps and identify cost‑saving opportunities
  • Improve reverse logistics processes and reduce supply chain complaints
  • Drive initiatives such as cost‑to‑serve optimisation and waste reduction
  • Monitor actual vs. expected operational performance
Transport & Distribution Improvements
  • Support optimisation of transportation flows between plants, warehouses, and customers
  • Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to enhance efficiency and service levels
  • Assist with onboarding new logistics providers and expanding services
  • Develop tools that improve delivery reliability and time‑service performance
Project & Stakeholder Leadership
  • Lead and support cross‑functional improvement initiatives
  • Build strong partnerships with logistics, sales, and supply chain teams
  • Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational standards
  • Deliver sustainable solutions to recurring operational challenges
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably in an international food or FMCG environment
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex organisations
  • Strong analytical toolkit: SQL, Python, R, or VBA
  • Experience with Power BI or similar visualisation tools
  • Ability to connect and structure data from multiple systems
  • Familiarity with SAP, IBP, or Coupa/Llamasoft is a plus
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
Who You Are
  • A proactive self‑starter with a “can‑do” mentality
  • Analytical yet pragmatic—you turn insights into action
  • Comfortable navigating complexity and deadlines
  • A collaborative partner who builds trust across teams
  • Resilient, structured, and focused on solutions
  • Someone who doesn’t just analyse problems—you fix them
