Job description

Are you driven by data and excited to improve how supply chains perform at scale? Do you enjoy turning insights into real business impact? Then this could be a great opportunity for you!

We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst who can optimize our end-to-end supply chain by transforming data into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions, faster execution, and operational excellence. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of analytics, planning, and business performance, partnering with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy, enhance supply chain resilience, streamline processes, and identify opportunities that fuel sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

Your role

You will work closely with supply chain leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across markets, translating data into clear insights and actionable improvements.

Your Specific Tasks Include
  • Work on high-impact initiatives that balance service levels, availability, and working capital, while proactively identifying improvement opportunities and implementing changes that deliver measurable impact.
  • Partner with stakeholders to support better decision-making in S&OP and S&OE processes, translating complex supply chain challenges into clear insights and practical solutions.
  • Drive data-driven analyses to improve supply chain performance, including forecast accuracy, planning adherence, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in demand, inventory, and supply performance to support continuous improvement.
  • Design and build dashboards, models, and analyses that provide transparency and control across the supply chain.
Your team

You'll become part of our Supply Chain Excellence team, reporting to the Manager Supply Chain Excellence. The team consists of three Business Analysts based across the Netherlands and Poland, working closely together to support Supply Chain teams throughout Kramp's international organization.

Rather than owning fixed domains, the team works collaboratively, sharing knowledge and supporting each other across different analytical topics, dashboards and improvement initiatives. This means you'll have the opportunity to develop broad expertise while working with stakeholders from multiple countries and business functions.

As this is a group function, you'll collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across Europe.

Who are you?
For This Role, We Have a Few Key Requirements
  • Completed Master's degree with 1–4 years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or a similar role
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business value
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Curious, proactive, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Clear communicator who can simplify complexity and feels comfortable working with stakeholders and influencing decisions through insights
What do we offer?

We're an ambitious, fast-growing and financially strong organization. Naturally, you can expect:

  • 25 vacation days and 12 ADV days (based on a full-time contract)
  • Flexible working policy in hours and location
  • Travel and working-from-home allowance
  • Profit sharing bonus
  • Great budget for training and development
  • Attractive pension plan
