Job summary

Sligro is seeking a Logistics Associate Night Shift to be the final step before orders leave the warehouse. You check incoming products, sort crates by customer and route, and ensure all orders are ready on time for the drivers.

The role mainly covers evening and night hours, spread across three shifts per week. You work in a close, supportive team and benefit from evening/night shift allowances, a well‑stocked canteen, 25 vacation days, and opportunities to develop within Sligro.

What will you do?

As a Logistics Associate Night Shift, you are the final step before our orders leave the warehouse. You check incoming products and sort crates by customer and route. You make sure all orders are ready on time for the drivers. You mainly work in the evening and night, between 21:00 and 07:00, spread across three shifts per week. You stay physically active and work in a team where everyone helps each other to keep the night running smoothly.

You work under time pressure and keep overview, even when many orders arrive at once. You contribute to a reliable expedition process and help ensure customers receive their orders complete and on time.

• The salary goes up to €2,442,52 per month based on 36 hours, excluding evening and night shift allowances, so you know exactly where you stand.

What you bring

You are at least 18 years old because you work night shifts. You speak Dutch or English and handle physical work well, even in a cold environment. You enjoy working together and have a hands‑on mindset. Experience in logistics is helpful but not required. You stay calm under time pressure and make sure your work is accurate and completed on time.
