Job summary

Sligro Veghel is seeking a Logistics Employee Goods Receipt to manage daily non-food deliveries and ensure proper storage. You will welcome drivers, verify products and log quantities, label and sort pallets, and move goods to correct locations with an electronic pallet truck.

You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, maintain accuracy, and support teammates during busy periods while benefiting from growth opportunities through the Sligro Academy.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mentality and accuracy, especially in busy periods.
• Experience in logistics or eager to learn.
• Reach truck certificate is a plus, but obtainable with us.
• Physically capable of heavier tasks and good communication with drivers.

What will you be doing?

You receive daily non‑food goods and ensure everything is processed correctly. You welcome drivers, check incoming products and register quantities and any discrepancies. You label pallets and sort mixed pallets so they can be stored in the warehouse. Using an electronic pallet truck, you move products to the correct location. You work accurately, but also support colleagues when things get busy. Together, you keep the logistics process running smoothly.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for receiving, scanning and checking all incoming non‑food items. You register discrepancies and take follow‑up actions when needed. You label pallets, sort mixed pallets and ensure products are stored in the correct locations. You keep the workspace tidy and sort packaging materials. You work in a dynamic environment where trucks arrive in quick succession, and even then you remain accurate and structured.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:00 Friday: 07:00 – 14:45

• A max. gross salary € 2.553,72 according to the GIL CLA, plus allowances for evening hours and for working in cold or freezer areas when applicable

What you bring

You have a hands‑on mentality and remain accurate even when it gets busy. You have experience in logistics or are eager to learn. A reach truck certificate is a plus, but you can also obtain it with us. You are physically able to perform heavier tasks and enjoy working together with colleagues. You communicate easily and enjoy interacting with drivers and other departments.
