Job summary

Sligro is seeking a Logistics Associate Night Shift to be the final step before orders leave the warehouse. You will check incoming products, sort crates by customer and route, and ensure all orders are ready on time for the drivers.

The position mainly covers evening and night hours, with three night shifts per week (22:00–07:00 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). You’ll work in a supportive team, receive shift allowances, and have access to development opportunities and our online academy.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old because you work night shifts.
• You speak Dutch or English and handle physical work well, even in a cold environment.
• You enjoy working together and have a hands‑on mindset.
• Experience in logistics is helpful but not required.
• You stay calm under time pressure and make sure your work is accurate and completed on time.

• You place everything in the correct area for transport and ensure orders are ready when drivers arrive.
• You work under time pressure and keep overview when many orders arrive at once.

What will you do?

As a Logistics Associate Night Shift, you are the final step before our orders leave the warehouse. You check incoming products and sort crates by customer and route. You make sure all orders are ready on time for the drivers.

You mainly work in the evening and night, between 22:00 and 07:00 on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You stay physically active and work in a team where everyone helps each other to keep the night running smoothly.

What are your responsibilities?

You check the quantity and quality of all incoming products. You sort crates per customer and place everything in the correct area for transport. You ensure orders are ready when drivers arrive. You work under time pressure and keep overview, even when many orders arrive at once. You contribute to a reliable expedition process and help ensure customers receive their orders complete and on time.
