Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Amsterdam is seeking a Lobby Ambassador Intern to be the first point of contact for guests and to help create a welcoming lobby environment. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs and collaborate with departments to provide outstanding service.

The internship is aimed at MBO students, offering a structured, professional experience at a landmark hotel in Amsterdam. You’ll experience a dynamic hospitality setting with opportunities for growth and exposure to VIP service.

About The Job

As a Lobby Ambassador Intern, you are the first point of contact and the face of the organization. You welcome guests in a warm and professional manner and ensure they immediately feel at ease. During your internship, you will support in creating a welcoming and well‑organized lobby environment. You will give special attention to VIP guests and contribute to a smooth and positive guest experience. You will learn how to anticipate guest needs and collaborate with different departments to provide excellent service.

What’s in it for you

• As an MBO student, you will receive an internship allowance of €750,- gross per month fulltime, consisting of:
  • €670,- internship compensation
  • €80,- expense allowance
• We work with variable payment periods of 4 or 5 weeks at a time, depending on the number of days and hours worked. This means one month you may receive a bit less and the next month a bit more.
