Job summary

Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, invites you to join as a Duty Management Intern. You will be the familiar face around the hotel, closely monitoring daily activities and assisting the Front Office team.

The role offers a versatile, dynamic internship where you learn safety procedures, complaint handling, and address room-related issues while working independently as an all-rounder. The internship runs with January/February 2027 start dates, and the Tailor Made Traineeship

As a Duty Management Intern, you are a familiar face throughout the hotel, as you closely monitor everything that happens on a daily basis.
You are closely involved with the Front Office team and step in whenever needed. During your internship, you will learn everything about safety procedures, complaint handling, and room-related issues. It is a versatile and dynamic internship in which you will take on a wide range of responsibilities and work independently as an all‑rounder.
