Job summary

Leonardo Hotels Benelux in Amsterdam is seeking an Independent Chef Apprentice to join their kitchen team. Job description

As an Independent Chef Apprentice, you play an important role in the kitchen team. You actively participate in daily kitchen operations and support in preparing high‑quality dishes for our guests. During your apprenticeship, you will further develop your cooking skills and gradually learn to work more independently.

You will work with fresh ingredients, assist with mise‑en‑place, and help ensure the quality and presentation of all dishes. In addition, you contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and well‑organized kitchen environment in line with HACCP guidelines. Together with the Chef and your colleagues, you will learn about different sections in the kitchen and develop your culinary skills in a dynamic environment.

  • €670,- internship compensation
  • €80,- expense allowance
