Job summary

Delta Electronics EMEA seeks a hands-on Quality professional to be the primary customer quality interface for liquid-cooling products, coordinating containment, investigation, and corrective actions across global teams.

You will lead on-site containment, root-cause analyses using 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa tools, and drive preventive improvements while keeping customers informed with clear updates. Willingness to travel and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer quality, supplier quality, manufacturing quality, or similar engineering coordination.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple departments and drive issues through to resolution.
• Experience with 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FMEA, CAPA, or similar quality tools.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, able to manage multiple urgent issues.
• Willingness and ability to travel to customer sites, factories, warehouses, or supplier locations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer quality complaints and issues related to liquid-cooling products.
• Respond promptly to customer concerns, clarify the problem, establish priorities, and coordinate the appropriate response.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers regarding containment, investigation progress, corrective actions, and closure.
• Build customer confidence through timely responses, structured follow-up, and effective issue resolution.
• Mobilize and coordinate resources for on-site sorting, inspection, rework, or containment activities at customer or warehouse locations.
• Coordinate activities with customer quality teams, Delta factories, suppliers, and third-party sorting providers.
