Job summary

Luba zoekt een ervaren line coach die de productielijn aanstuurt en teams begeleidt. Je zorgt voor een efficiënte productie, bewaakt de planning en kwaliteit, en lost kleine technische issues op. Je werkt met diverse machines en rapporteert grotere storingen aan de technische dienst.

Veiligheid en hygiëne staan centraal op de werkvloer. Je hebt ervaring in een productieomgeving, technische vaardigheden en kunt collega’s aansturen.

Qualifications

• Ervaring in een productieomgeving.
• Technische vaardigheden met werktuigen en machines.
• Ervaring met het aansturen van collega’s.
• Accuratesse en begrip van kwaliteit, veiligheid en hygiëne.

Responsibilities

• Leiden van de productielijn en zorgen voor een vlotte uitvoering.
• Controleren op naleving van planning en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Instellen en bedienen van verschillende machines voor vullen, sluiten, coderen, etiketteren en verpakken.
• Kleine technische problemen zelf oplossen en bij serieuze issues rapporteren.
• Zorgdragen voor veiligheid, hygiëne en orde op de werkvloer.

Are you an experienced machine operator who enjoys leading a team? Do you have technical skills and like working in a production environment? Then this linecoach position might be the right job for you!

Over het werk

As a line coach, you make sure that the production line runs well. You lead the employees on the line and help them with their work. You make sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
You check if production is going according to the schedule. You also check the quality of the products. You perform different quality checks, such as checking the weight, filling level and packaging of the products.
You work with different machines. You set up the machines for filling, closing, coding, labelling and packing products. You solve small technical problems yourself when possible. You report bigger problems to the technical department.
Safety and hygiene are also very important in this job. You make sure employees work safely and use the correct protective equipment. You also make sure the workplace and machines stay clean.
You work closely with the team leader, production manager and other colleagues. You keep an overview of the production process and take action when needed. Together with the team, you make sure production is safe, efficient and meets the required quality.
