Hotelprofessionals in The Hague is hiring for a Cook to join our Hitch Hike kitchen team. You prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the kitchen crew, follow recipes, and aim for Insta-worthy presentations while maintaining high hygiene standards.

You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, stay calm under pressure, and bring energy and creativity to every service. Availability: at least 3 days a week (22.8 hours), or full-time (38 hours), or flexible on-call.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen environment preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, creative kitchen setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the kitchen team according to recipes.
• Ensure dishes are presented well and Instagram-worthy.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace (HACCP compliant).
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients; manage mise-en-place.
• Collaborate with team to create a high-quality dining experience.
