Job summary

Hotel Kint is seeking a kitchen staff member to prepare breakfast with care and be flexibly deployed to assist in the kitchen during dinner hours when needed. You will join a team that ensures guests start their day with a delicious breakfast, while occasionally contributing to dinner service at Bistro Francis.

You will monitor taste, presentation, and timing during service, follow fixed recipes and quality standards, and work safely under HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakfast preparation.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Good command of Dutch or English.
• Ability to work cleanly and safely per HACCP guidelines.

For Hotel Kint x Bistro Francis, we are looking for a kitchen staff member who enjoys preparing a well-cared-for breakfast and is also flexibly deployable to assist in the kitchen during evening hours when needed.

No day is the same. One morning you ensure that our hotel guests start the day well with a delicious breakfast, while sometimes you also participate in the kitchen for dinner guests of Bistro Francis.

• Together with the team, you monitor taste, presentation, and timing during the service;
• Dishes are prepared according to fixed recipes and quality standards;
• You work efficiently and ensure that the dishes leave the kitchen at the right moment;
• You work cleanly, safely, and according to HACCP guidelines, which you can learn in the hotel.

Salary and employment conditions

• Salary according to Horeca CAO fitting in scale 3 and your experience | reference function chef |
  /// gross hourly wage: € 14.91 (20 years or older) excl. holiday pay;
• Contract based on 0-hours:
  flexible working hours, available at least 1 day on weekends and during holidays;
• 25 vacation days based on 38 hours;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
