Job summary

Emerson is seeking a Senior role focusing on safety, compliance and lifecycle services. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across local and European functions to ensure timely, on-budget, high-quality service delivery.

You will report to the MSOL Europe Lifecycle Services Operation Manager and help drive profitability and organizational excellence in project execution within a matrix structure.

Qualifications

• Fluent English language skills; verbal, reading and writing.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in Lifecycle Services, Project Management and/or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct or indirect leading of teams in an inter-cultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance to policies, procedures and practices.
• Deliver MSOL Services orders on time, on budget and on quality.
• Collaborate with MSOL Europe Lifecycle Services Operation Manager on utilization and profitability.
• Develop organizational changes to meet financial targets.
• Lead and coordinate Services Engineers for effective service delivery.
