Job summary

Emerson Netherlands is seeking a senior leader for Lifecycle Services and Operations Management. You will drive safety, compliance, on-time delivery of MSOL Services, and collaborate with European teams to optimize profitability and project execution.

The role requires strong PMO discipline and proven team leadership in a multicultural environment. You will oversee the Services Engineers, ensure proper training and equipment, and coordinate cross-functional activities to meet budget and schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in engineering.
• 5+ years in Lifecycle Services, PM or Engineering.
• 5+ years leading teams in an international environment.
• Fluent English; other European languages helpful.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and practices.
• Deliver MSOL Services orders on time, on budget and on quality.
• Collaborate across the matrix with Europe Lifecycle Services Operations.
• Develop and implement PMO processes for project execution excellence.
• Lead Services Engineers and ensure proper training, tools and spares.
• Coordinate work of Services engineers and manage field service delivery.
