Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES in the Netherlands seeks a Senior Specialist - MRO & IFM Project Management to drive a global transformation across MRO Parts, MRO Services and IFM. You will manage project portfolios, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver data-driven improvements from analysis to implementation.

The role requires strong governance, complex programs experience and exceptional stakeholder management within an international matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, supply chain or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with strategic sourcing or complex project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects or portfolios simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, international matrix environment.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, governance and execution across MRO and IFM initiatives.
• Coordinate portfolio reviews and follow up with project owners and category leads.
• Track KPIs, milestones, financials, risks and escalations.
• Provide fact-based recommendations to senior management.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct people management.
• Identify cost savings, productivity and simplification opportunities.
• Translate strategic objectives into practical implementation plans.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement principles.
