iPsomics, a boutique CRO in the Netherlands, is seeking a Business Developer to expand the scientific network, develop client relationships, and drive growth by connecting researchers with the company’s genomics services.

You will identify opportunities, work with project managers and the leadership team, and translate scientific interest into successful collaborations. Fluency in English and a scientific background are valued, with a strong commercial mindset.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in business development or sales in scientific/Life sciences.
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with pipeline experience.
• Interest in genomics, sequencing, stem cells or related fields.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with scientists.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities and build relationships to convert interest into projects.
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Managing Director to translate opportunities into collaborations.
• Engage with researchers, biotech companies, and healthcare innovators.
• Maintain a credible conversation by learning core science sufficient to connect prospects with expertise within iPsomics.
