Job summary

ING is seeking a Regulatory Change & Process Expert to translate regulatory requirements into scalable Lending processes. You will collaborate with Product Leads, Risk, Compliance and Technology to design future-proof solutions that enhance customer experience and strengthen controls.

You will lead end-to-end regulatory change efforts, drive process excellence, and enable operational efficiency across the Lending value chain in a data-driven, compliant manner.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Banking, Lending, Risk, Regulatory Change, Process Management or a similar environment.
• Proven experience delivering complex change initiatives in a matrix organization.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements, audits, controls and remediation activities.
• Experience working in Agile and product-oriented organizations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and implementation of regulatory and policy-driven changes impacting Wholesale Banking Lending.
• Assess regulatory requirements and translate them into clear business, process and control requirements.
• Coordinate impact assessments across products, processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Drive implementation activities and monitor delivery of regulatory commitments.
• Support internal and external audits, inspections and issue remediation activities.
• Ensure regulatory requirements are embedded into day-to-day operations and product design.
