ING Nederland is seeking a senior regulatory risk professional to act as a trusted advisor and credible challenger from day one. You will combine deep regulatory expertise with strong analytical thinking to ensure robust, compliant, and well-governed risk decisions across complex SRT transactions.

You will lead policy design, regulatory framework enhancements, and second-line oversight within the SRT space, collaborating with stakeholders across the bank to ensure sound, transparent risk

Qualifications

• Mastery of prudential regulation and risk governance with a focus on SRT and securitisation.
• Ability to translate regulatory rules into practical guidance for stakeholders.
• Proven track record in financial risk oversight and second-line controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and enhancement of policies and controls in the SRT space.
• Translate CRR/SECR rules into actionable guidance for teams.
• Assess legal docs and transaction structures for regulatory alignment.
• Connect regulatory requirements to risk outcomes and identify gaps.
• Identify emerging risks and contribute to the SRT framework improvements.
• Drive improvements in 2LoD oversight with senior stakeholders.
