Responsibilities

• Oversee lending fulfillment and post-credit drawdown for commercial lending across the Netherlands, France and Spain.
• Oversee loan documentation and collateral management ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and credit conditions.
• Establish and implement lending documentation, collateral management and banking system procedures.
• Collaborate with sales, credit and risk to align loan documentation with credit approvals and client terms.
• Manage relationships with commercial lending legal panel and valuation partners.
• Ensure transactions comply with policies and risk controls.
