In this role, you will be at the heart of ensuring smooth, compliant, and secure financial reporting operations. Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the department's operational infrastructure, ensuring systems run reliably and securely.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that could impact critical reporting activities.
• Drive improvements in performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, and auditing teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in operations engineering, preferably within a regulated industry.
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure, server management, and database administration.
• Experience with enterprise systems and technologies such as SQL and Azure Cloud.
• Familiar with ITIL processes, particularly Incident, Change, and Configuration management (CMDB).
• Knowledge of application authorization, Identity & Access Management, and RBAC.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
