Job summary

Nebius Group is seeking a highly skilled Legal Counsel to join our US legal team. This mid-level attorney (3–6 years post-bar) will support Nebius’s data center expansion, including site acquisitions, colocation, power supply agreements, and related regulatory matters.

You will draft and negotiate commercial agreements, assist with project financing, and provide corporate law support. The role requires strong drafting/negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited US law school and admission to practice in at least one US state.
• 3–6 years of post-bar legal experience at a law firm or equivalent.
• Experience in data centers, energy matters, technology agreements, corporate law and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Assist with project financing, secured transactions, and lender interactions.
• Provide general corporate law support, including entity formation and governance, and subsidiary maintenance.
• Provide legal support for large and complex transactions and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Help develop and improve contract templates and playbooks for the US legal function.
• Manage external counsel and coordinate legal workstreams across multiple ongoing projects.
• Provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal advice in a high-pressure environment.
