Job summary

NorthC Datacenters is hiring a Netherlands-based Legal Counsel on a part-time basis, with potential expansion to full-time. The role focuses on drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting sales, and guiding regulatory and corporate matters.

You will work closely with the General Counsel and internal stakeholders to manage legal risks and ensure compliant operations across the Netherlands.

Qualifications

• A law degree from a Dutch institution.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant legal experience in law firms or in-house roles.
• Strong drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate customer master service, colocation and service level agreements.
• Support sales in negotiations, tenders and procurement processes.
• Advise on construction, development and refurbishment projects, including contracting with general contractors and suppliers.
• Provide legal support on real estate matters, energy supply and grid connection agreements.
• Improve legal processes, templates and internal guidelines to ensure efficient operations.
• Advise on regulatory and compliance matters for the data center industry.
• Draft and negotiate material supplier and service agreements.
• Assist with corporate housekeeping and general corporate matters.
• Coordinate with external counsel as needed.
