ML6 is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Finance and Compliance team. You will work with our Legal Counsel Lead and DPO across Belgium, the Netherlands and Germany, taking real ownership from day one and collaborating with sparring partners nearby.

You will draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, maintain playbooks, manage the contract repository, and support corporate governance and IP licensing practices in a fast-evolving AI-focused company.

Formación

• Master's degree in law.
• 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house.
• Comfortable with EU law and international mindset.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication.

• Maintain contract playbook, templates and fallback clauses.
• Own the contract repository with tagging, renewal alerts and reporting.
• Support corporate legal work: entity housekeeping and governance.

WHY YOU

• Master's degree in law
• 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or in-house, preferably familiar with the tech space
• Comfortable with EU law and an international mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch (hard req!). German is a plus
• Pragmatic: you look for the path to yes, not the list of risks
• Structured and autonomous, but you like to work closely with ML6 colleagues
• Curious about technology: you don't need to code, but you are excited about AI, how it works and how it can also make your own field more efficient
