Job summary

ML6 - Accelerate Intelligence is seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of AI solutions that transform clients' visions into scalable products. You will bridge client ambitions with our technical teams, aligning strategy with execution.

You will lead product strategy, agile delivery and cross-functional leadership, shaping roadmaps, prioritizing requirements, and ensuring successful rollout across industries with a focus on measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience as a product owner in IT with a strong record in managing data projects, products or solutions and with the full IT product life cycle
• Master’s degree in a business, IT, engineering, or other relevant field

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery lifecycle from strategic roadmap to final rollout.
• Translate client requirements into tangible goals for a technical team.
• Design and organize user testing to enable adoption of transformative solutions (UX/UI, UCD, Rollout Management).
• Create task backlogs, agile working models and planning.
• Create a product roadmap and strategy and handle continuous alignment.
• Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing and budget prioritization.
• Create project documentation and user stories to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Lead client and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

As our Senior AI Product Manager, you will be the central hub connecting our clients' ambitions with our technical teams' expertise. Your role will focus on three core areas:

Product strategy & vision

• Identify user and client requirements using ideation and prioritization techniques
• Identify market trends within the AI space for specific industries
• Translate client requirements into tangible goals for a technical team
• Combine customer requirements and market signals into product definitions including personas, capabilities, flows and requirements

Agile project delivery

• Create task backlogs, agile working models and planning
• Create a product roadmap and strategy and handle continuous alignment
• Follow up on deliverables, resources, timing and budget prioritization
• Create project documentation and user stories to facilitate knowledge sharing
• Design and organize user testing to enable adoption of transformative solutions (UX/UI, UCD, Rollout Management)

Client & team leadership

• Effectively pitch solutions and present results to a technical and non technical audience
• Follow up on client satisfaction and closely collaborate with our business development unit by exploring potential opportunities to scale clients further
• Enable teamwork, engagement and conflict solving within your project teams

WHY YOU

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch (native)
• Min. 5 years of experience as a product owner in IT with a strong record in managing data projects, products or solutions and with the full IT product life cycle
• Master’s degree in a business, IT, engineering, or other relevant field
• Experience with agile/scrum and/or KANBAN methodologies
• Experience in typical software development processes and tools
• Experience with elaborating strategic roadmaps
• Strong business, technical understanding and stakeholder management skills
