Vessel Amsterdam is hiring an Apprentice Chef for the Vessel (Houthavens, Amsterdam). This full-time internship offers hands-on kitchen training under seasoned chefs in a dynamic, informal setting as part of hotel The July BOAT&CO group.

You’ll start in June 2026 or later, with opportunities to grow through structured mentorship and in-house training. Ideal candidates are passionate about cooking, eager to learn, and pursuing a culinary education in the Netherlands.

• You are following a cook education in The Netherlands.
