Job summary

The Hague University of Applied Sciences is seeking a lecturer for Economics, Statistics and Applied Research within the International Business (IB) bachelor programme. The role focuses on delivering interactive workshops, teaching Economics and Statistics, guiding students, and assessing theses and internships.

We value candidates with international experience, fluent English, and a passion for teaching in a diverse international educational setting.

Qualifications

Several years of work experience in an international, professional environment.
Business language competency in English (C1 level or native).
Experience in / passion for teaching and guiding students in competence oriented international educational setting.
Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse group international business school students.
Flexible, inclusive mindset and learning attitude.
Motivated, engaged and committed team player.
Ability to teach other subjects in the field of International Business Environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

Delivering classes (lectures and workshops) Economics and Statistics modules.
Delivering applied research modules such as Applied Quantitative Research Methods and Global Business and Economic Analysis.
Innovating and continuously improving the modules.
Coaching and assessing students' graduation theses.
Coaching students during their internship.
