Job summary

Notenboom's Business School invites a Lecturer in Business Administration to teach in English across operations, leadership, marketing, economics, and entrepreneurship while coaching students and bridging theory with practice.

You will contribute to curriculum development, embrace AI as a core teaching tool, and work in a small-scale, entrepreneurial team with a strong focus on student growth and real-world learning.

Qualifications

• Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration; master’s preferred.
• Excellent command of English (C1 or higher); native not required.
• Knowledge of business operations, leadership, marketing, and economics.
• Didactic skills to explain complex topics in multiple ways.
• Cultural sensitivity and experience with diverse student backgrounds.
• Recent professional experience ensuring teaching stays connected to practice.
• Experience with blended and digital learning environments.
• Affinitiy with assessment/evaluation in an international context.
• Coaching attitude with focus on student growth.
• Skills in applying AI in teaching and willingness to teach AI usage.
