Vertage is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to enhance digital learning across our global teams. You will manage our LMS, develop engaging content using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia, and explore AI to improve learning workflows.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues worldwide, translate learning needs into practical digital solutions, and build lightweight web pages and dashboards. A hybrid role with UK/Netherlands options supports growth in a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience in digital learning, LMS administration or related field.
• Experience creating e-learning modules and digital learning content.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS; interest in JavaScript, APIs, automation.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve LMS SAP Litmos KnowHow content management and access.
• Create and update engaging e-learning modules and digital resources.
• Translate learning needs into practical digital solutions with cross-team collaboration.
• Build and test simple web pages, portals, dashboards or prototypes using HTML/CSS and other tools.
• Explore AI tools to enhance learning experiences and automation.
• Support automation and platform improvements using Power Automate and integrations.
• Work with learning data in Excel and Power BI to maintain reports and improve effectiveness.
