Job summary

Vertage is seeking a Learning Technology Manager to own our global learning technology landscape, including LMS ownership, AI initiatives and digital content improvements. You will shape how digital learning and automation support colleagues worldwide and ensure platform integrations run smoothly.

You’ll work with stakeholders across the business, bring hands‑on expertise, and influence the technology roadmap while balancing long‑term improvements with day‑to‑day priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or developing learning technology or digital learning platforms, ideally international or multi‑stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience administering Learning Management Systems; SAP Litmos KnowHow is a plus.
• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript with API/integration exposure.
• Hands‑on experience using AI or automation to improve learning experiences or workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the learning technology roadmap, translating business requirements into practical improvements.
• Manage and optimise the LMS (SAP Litmos KnowHow), including configurations, permissions, pathways, reporting and integrations with systems such as Workday.
• Improve the digital learning experience by making platforms and content easier to access and use, backed by learning data.
• Lead AI/automation initiatives to improve learning delivery and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with Digital Learning Designer to develop engaging content using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond and Camtasia.
• Lead cross‑functional projects, manage suppliers and budgets, and drive adoption of new technologies.
