Job summary

Vopak Netherlands is seeking a Learning Content Lead to design, develop, and manage innovative learning programs for our global workforce. You will standardize our ways of working, drive digital transformation, and leverage AI to deliver engaging, high-impact learning experiences aligned with strategy and career paths.

You will work with SMEs to translate complex needs into actionable content, implement modern delivery formats, and support global adoption through training and governance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Learning Content Development, Instructional Design, or Project Management within a corporate learning environment.
• Experience translating complex functional areas into learning strategy.
• Strong proficiency with LMS and modern content authoring tools.
• Experience or understanding of implementing AI in content generation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end content development projects for new learning content.
• Collaborate with functional SMEs to translate requirements into effective learning programs.
• Establish and manage the learning agenda across functional domains.
