Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) / Artsen zonder Grenzen Nederland seeks a Learning Solutions Coordinator to lead learning strategies and oversee the portfolio from their Amsterdam office, aligning with MSF's mission. You will work with stakeholders across the organization to identify needs and implement effective solutions.

The role requires a strong track record in Learning & Development, team leadership, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, L&D, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
• 10+ years in Learning & Development with team leadership.
• Experience designing and implementing learning solutions that support business needs.
• Experience with learning technologies and digital learning solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Learning Solutions team.
• Design and implement the Learning Solutions Strategy and annual plans.
• Partner with departments to identify capability gaps and learning needs.
• Collaborate within MSF to mutualize learning and development efforts.
• Translate organizational priorities into effective learning solutions.
• Oversee design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning programmes.
• Ensure quality and relevance of the learning portfolio.
• Manage learning platforms, tools and systems.
• Monitor learning outcomes and provide data-driven insights.
• Manage budgets, priorities and resources.
