Job summary

Artsen zonder Grenzen (MSF OCA) in Amsterdam seeks a Learning Solutions Coordinator to lead the Learning Solutions team and drive the strategy for organizational development.

You will partner with departments to identify learning needs, oversee programmes and budgets, and manage platforms and external collaborations to advance learning across MSF. Fluency in English and a Dutch contract are required for a 12‑month term.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, including experience managing teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of learning strategies within a professional environment.
• Experience with learning technologies and digital learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Learning Solutions team, fostering collaboration and a positive working environment.
• Design and implement the Learning Solutions Strategy and annual plans.
• Identify capability gaps and learning needs with stakeholders.
• Oversee design, delivery, and improvement of learning programmes.
• Manage learning platforms, tools, and systems to support learning experiences.
• Monitor learning outcomes with data and reporting.
