Job summary

Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Amsterdam seeks a Mobile Staffing Specialist Coordinator to lead a team and ensure timely staffing of internationally mobile staff across MSF OCA operations. You will partner with Operations, HR, and career managers to forecast staffing needs and implement staffing solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in staffing roles, field and HQ experience, and strong people management, with fluency in English. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong stakeholder management and people leadership required.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills essential.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Mobile Staffing Specialists.
• Ensure staffing of internationally mobile MSF OCA staff.
• Provide workforce planning and forecasting aligned with operations.
• Collaborate with HR, operations and career managers to deliver staffing solutions.
• Monitor staffing demand, gaps, and performance through KPIs.
• Support change management within the department and_MS F processes.
