Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Amsterdam is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound / Expedition) to coordinate a 5–10 person warehouse team. You’ll ensure staffing, organize the workspace and apply LEAN principles while upholding safety and quality standards. You’ll step in when the supervisor is absent and help with planning and daily operations.

Located in Zaandam, the role runs 08:00–17:00 with a monthly on-call weekend. Overtime may be required at peak times.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education with working and thinking skills.
• Experience managing teams in logistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
• Analytical skills with comfort using Excel.
• Proactive attitude and initiative in processes.
• Good English skills, spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Coordinate a team of 5-10 warehouse operators.
