Job summary

Mollie in Amsterdam is seeking a Treasury Manager to build Mollie's ALM framework from the ground up. You'll shape liquidity risk, funding and balance sheet strategy, working with product, Finance and Risk to prepare for regulatory reviews.

Your work will evolve from framework design to ongoing operation, delivering models, limits and stress tests, and presenting analyses to senior leadership and regulators.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Treasury, ALM or balance sheet risk management (bank/fintech acceptable).
• Solid knowledge of liquidity risk (LCR/NSFR) and/or IRRBB/CSRBB.
• Ability to build models from scratch and document logic for regulator.
• Strong quantitative skills and Excel modelling; clear documentation.
• Ability to explain complex topics to non-specialists and defend recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the liquidity risk framework (ILAAP, LCR/NSFR monitoring, stress testing).
• Develop IRRBB/CSRBB framework and hedging strategy from risk identification to models.
• Design funding and balance sheet strategy including deposit mix and diversification.
• Create Contingency Funding Plan and early-warning indicators for stress.
• Produce policies and models for regulators and external audits.
• Support ALCO with analysis and recommendations; coordinate with Risk and Finance.
