Mollie, Maastricht-based fintech, is hiring an AML & Fraud Analyst in our Onboarding domain to act as the first gatekeeper against financial crime, assessing risk for a diverse range of organizations and protecting Mollie's reputation.

You will balance regulatory compliance with a smooth customer experience, using independent judgment to interpret complex rules, verify identities, and map ownership structures.

Formación

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
• Background in Legal studies or a related field.
• Analytical approach to solving clearly defined problems.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment with limited information.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and results-driven.
• Collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments during onboarding and reviews.
• Perform due diligence to identify stakeholders and map ownership structures.
• Analyze financial and non-financial data to verify merchant profiles.
• Manage queues and perform outreach to resolve inquiries.
• Apply regulatory requirements with independent judgment.
• Support regulatory compliance while ensuring smooth merchant experience.
