Qualifications

• Experience leading product development projects and teams in international settings.

Responsibilities

• You lead product development projects, improving existing thrusters or developing new products.
• You define project plans with teams, timelines and budgets.
• You collaborate across multi-site teams and manage knowledge transfer.
• You ensure designs comply with specifications, class rules and standards.
• You host design reviews and provide technical support through development and manufacturing.
