VBH is seeking a Technical Project Leader to manage the technical execution of large-scale yacht projects. Based in Weesp, you will coordinate technical specialists and installation teams across build and refit phases, ensuring compliance with agreements and timely delivery.

You will lead design and technical discussions, manage work packages, and oversee commissioning to achieve a high-quality final result.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Affinity with AV/IT and integrated technical systems.
• Experience leading or coordinating technical projects.
• Experience managing a team and achieving shared project goals.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the technical execution of the project and maintain an overview of deliverables.
• Coordinate activities, set priorities and ensure alignment between teams.
• Lead and support technical specialists and installation teams.
• Own technical work packages and project documentation.
• Oversee system and product integration to meet specifications.
• Report progress and concerns to the Project Manager.
• Discuss technical concepts with clients and stakeholders.
• Assess technical and financial feasibility of tasks and change orders.
• Provide technical leadership during commissioning and ensure a successful final result.
