Job summary

Etteplan is seeking a Systems Architect to define, design and qualify assembly and joining processes for high-tech products like integrated photonics and microfluidics. You will link sales, customers and engineering teams, manage multiple projects, and act as the engineering heart of projects.

You will lead technical scope, communicate with stakeholders, and oversee technical decisions, ensuring quality and traceability across disciplines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge in machine building.
• Knowledgeable in relevant disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, mechatronics).
• Led several technical projects as a team lead/architect.

Responsibilities

• Defines the system architecture.
• Leads the team technically within a project.
• Communicates technical aspects with customers and guards scope.
• Translates customer demand into a concept.
• Delivers a concept and ensures organizational support.
