Job summary

You will lead engineers and designers in a multidisciplinary environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets, and the V-model process while driving innovation and strong technical execution.

Qualifications

• MSc/PhD in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering
• Proven track record in mechanical design within high-tech systems
• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills
• Excellent communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Define the mechanical architecture of complex systems and translate customer needs into clear technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Define system specifications, mechanical budgets and subsystems designs.
• Specify testing and integration requirements for full V-model development.
