Job summary

NN in The Hague is hiring a Lead SAP FS-PM DevOps Engineer to steer the technical direction of our SAP Policy Management landscape and drive modern, scalable solutions. You will join a DevOps team that builds and runs end-to-end SAP fintech processes, focusing on reliability, performance and API-driven architecture.

The role requires strong ABAP skills, SAP FS-PM experience, and a hands-on leadership style to guide engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience with SAP FS-PM in a complex environment.
Proficiency in ABAP and strong foundation in solution design.
Experience with SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, OData or BTP.
Ability to guide engineers and support team development.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for the SAP FS-PM landscape and its integrations.
Lead the technical development of SAP FS-PM solutions, translating business needs into scalable and sustainable designs.
Take a leading role in migrations, lifecycle management (LCM) activities and platform modernisation.
Ensure alignment and stakeholder engagement across teams, domains and suppliers on upcoming changes, dependencies and technical direction.
Guide engineers, foster knowledge sharing and raise the overall technical maturity of the team.
Improve system quality, stability, security and performance across both change and run activities.
Support the move to a modern API-driven landscape, including SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.
