Are you a Lead SAP FS-PM DevOps Engineer in The Hague who wants to modernise a complex IT landscape and make insurance processes simpler for customers? Your impact at NN: what you will do

As a Lead SAP FS-PM DevOps Engineer, you improve and modernise the SAP Policy Management landscape. You work in a DevOps team where you both build and run solutions. Your work helps make premium processes simple, digital and clear for customers. You also guide the technical direction and help the team deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the SAP FS-PM landscape and its integrations
• Translate business needs into clear, scalable and workable solutions
• Guide engineers and support knowledge sharing within and across teams
• Improve system quality, stability and performance in both change and run
• Work with architects and product teams to align priorities and dependencies

You will also support the move to a modern API‑driven landscape, including SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.

Who you will work with

You will join the Inkomen Collectief IT domain within NN Schade & Inkomen. You work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team with engineers, product specialists and architects. Together, you are responsible for delivering one product end‑to‑end.

• Salary between €6,378 and €8,504 based on a 36‑hour schedule depending on your knowledge and experience
• 13th month and holiday allowance are paid with your monthly salary

Who you are

• You have experience with SAP FS-PM in a complex environment
• You work with ABAP and have a strong foundation in solution design
• You have experience with SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, OData or BTP
• You guide engineers and support team development
• You communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders
