Job summary

NN Group Netherlands is seeking a Lead SAP FS-PM DevOps Engineer in The Hague to modernise a complex IT landscape and improve insurance processes for customers. You will shape the SAP platform and support customer-facing solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup with a multidisciplinary team, lead technical development, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects and product teams to move to an API-driven landscape including SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP FS-PM in a complex environment.
• Experience with ABAP and solution design.
• Experience with SAP technologies such as S/4HANA, OData or BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of the SAP FS-PM landscape and its integrations.
• Translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Guide engineers and share knowledge across teams.
• Improve system quality, stability and performance.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams to align priorities.
• Support move to API-driven landscape with SAP Gateway and SAP BTP.
